Porto Filo suits absolutely stands behind the value and quality of all its items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 10 days for a full refund!
You can return your purchase to us within 10 days of the date you received the item, in its original condition. You must notify us within 5 days by e-mail if you intend to return an item for any reason. If you are returning an item because of a problem with the goods then you must notify us at the time of your intent to return, and those cases we will gladly exchange your item or give you a refund of your full purchases price and shipping. Please do not return an item until you have obtained a return authorization number (RMA) from us so that your return can be tracked and inspected.
If you do not give notice within 5 days, the goods will be deemed to have been delivered in the quantities shown in the delivery documents and you shall not be entitled and will irrevocably and unconditionally waive any right to reject the goods or claim any damages whatsoever for short delivery however caused.
Refunds will only be made on the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction within 30 days.
Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, the cost of return will be met by you. However once inspection has confirmed the registered fault from you we will refund the delivery. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
